Premia Properties is expanding its operations in existing sectors while also looking for new opportunities in the tourism industry.

Specifically, information from BnB Daily reports that the company is considering expansion in the tourism sector through cooperation. It is recalled that Premia's growth model is based on the acquisition of property, with the operation being taken over by another company.

In addition, Premia Properties is scanning the the market for new projects in the following sectors in which it operates, such as logistics, green offices, wine tourism and student accommodation.

In this context, the development of the serviced apartment property located in the center of Xanthi is being completed, specifically at the confluence of Chr. Brokoumis, Kouyioumtzoglou and Station. The property is ready for delivery to students and is expected to attract the interest of new students after the Panhellenic exams.
