Athens International Airport (AIA) announces the payment of a dividend in accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 25, 2024.

As resolved, a dividend of €99 million, or €0.33 per share, before withholding tax, will be distributed for the financial year 2023. The above dividend balance is subject to 5% withholding tax, as applicable (with the exception or differentiation).

The net dividend balance payable amounts to €0.3135 per share.

As of Tuesday, May 21, 2024, the Company's shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without dividend entitlement (dividend balance cut-off date). The beneficiaries of the residual dividend will be those registered in the Company's share register on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 (record date).
