Performance Technologies is in advanced discussions for the acquisition of a 5% stake in an Irish company that develops specialized software in the area of strategic portfolio management.

Performance Technologies reported a 40.2% increase in turnover (41% for the Company) in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period last year, at 34,258 thousand euros, according to the announcement of the results and the Management Report of the Board of Directors.
