Ideal Holdings announced that it is considering new investments in response to a question from the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding today's electronic press reports that the company is considering a takeover of Barba Stathis.

However, it stresses that there is no information to be announced at this stage, in accordance with the applicable legislation, in relation to its activity and that when and whenever there is information to be announced to inform the investing public, IDEAL Holdings will make the required announcements in a timely manner, in compliance with the applicable legislation, as it has always done in such cases.
