The Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) announces data on the evolution of turnover of enterprises in all sectors of the economy, incorporating the latest data on turnover from administrative sources, April 2024.

For all enterprises in the economy with the obligation to keep double-entry books, for which data are available on a monthly basis, turnover in April 2024 amounted to €32,4 billion, an increase of 16.1% compared to April 2023, which amounted to €27,9 billion.

Enterprises in the construction industry saw the biggest increase in turnover in April 2024 compared to April 2023, up 49.7%, while those in the electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply industry saw a decrease, down 32.9%.
