The Hellenic Post (ELTA) is launching a tender for the appointment of a contractor to undertake the management and development of its real estate assets in the context of the development and exploitation of its real estate portfolio.
According to an announcement by the Post Office, real estate development is the third pillar of the strategic recovery plan of the Post Office, which is currently underway, along with the rationalisation of expenditure and development initiatives, which are the other two pillars.
With a significant portfolio of more than 80 properties across Greece, ELTA seeks to efficiently exploit and optimise the management of its assets.
The portfolio includes shops, land—with or without buildings—and industrial sites, many of which currently remain unused.
The prevailing real estate broker candidate should have:
- Specialized knowledge of the real estate market
- Proven experience in managing similar portfolios
- The objective is to develop a strategy for the development of a real estate strategy for the real estate of ELTA, which will be implemented with a view to achieving maximum benefit for the company.
The deadline for submission of bids for the tender is July 1, 2024.
