Wyndham Hotel & Resorts and Oikos Property Developments have signed a cooperation agreement for the creation of the first Ramada Residences by Wyndham in Greece.

The complex, with 150 tourist accommodation units offering full hospitality services, is located in the municipality of Aristotle, Halkidiki.

According to an announcement, the development of the investment for the operation of the complex, named Ramada Residences by Wyndham, Halkidiki, is scheduled to be completed in May 2026. Ramada Residences by Wyndham, Halkidiki, will offer travellers the friendly and comfortable accommodation that is synonymous with the brand, Ramada by Wyndham.
