Annual inflation rose to 2.7% in July
Inflation in Greece was 2.7% in July, according to ELSTAT, compared to 2.3% in June.

Inflation in Greece was 2.7% in July, according to the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT), compared to 2.3% in June.

The comparison of the General CPI of July 2024 with the corresponding index of July 2023 showed an increase of 2.7% compared to an increase of 2.5% in the corresponding comparison of 2023 with 2022.

The General CPI in July 2024, compared to June 2024, showed a decrease of 0.7%, compared to a decrease of 1.1% in the corresponding comparison of the previous year.

The average CPI for the twelve months of August 2023 to July 2024, compared to the corresponding CPI for the twelve months of August 2022 to July 2023, showed an increase of 2.8%, compared to an increase of 6.2% in the corresponding comparison of the twelve months of August 2022 to July 2023 with the twelve months of August 2021 to July 2022.
