The value of Noval's portfolio amounted to €609 million as of June 30, 2024, an increase of €38 million (7% increase) compared to December 31, 2023.
According to the company's announcement:
"Noval Property (the "Company"), in accordance with the decision of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. 8/259/19.12.2002, as amended and in force, publishes its Statement of Investments as of June 30, 2024, which has been posted on the corporate website www.noval-property.com
The fair value of Noval Property's investment portfolio stood at 609 million euros as at 30 June 2024, an increase of 38 million euros (7% increase) compared to the fair value of the portfolio as at 31 December 2023 (571 million euros).
In the first half of 2024, Noval Property continued both the active management of its income property portfolio and progress in its programme to upgrade and develop a significant number of properties in its portfolio. During this period, the new logistics centre in Mandra was handed over for use to the tenant, while the Company leased approximately 30% of the residential use of the mixed-use property at 40-42 Ardittou Street in Athens, where reconstruction work is underway. In addition, The Grid S.A., a joint venture of Noval Property and Brook Lane Capital, signed a lease agreement with EY Greece for the office space of two of the four buildings of The Grid complex in Maroussi.
Following the successful listing on the Athens Stock Exchange in June 2024, the Company continues to implement its investment strategy, focusing on further strengthening its portfolio with modern, high quality and environmentally sustainable properties."
