The construction output index increased by 12% in the second quarter of this year compared to the corresponding index for the second quarter of 2023, compared to an increase of 11.5% in the corresponding comparison between 2023 and 2022.

According to ELSTAT, the index also showed an increase of 39.2% in Q2 2024 compared to the corresponding index of Q1 2024, compared to an increase of 30.4% recorded during the corresponding comparison in Q2 2023 to Q1 2023.

While, the seasonally adjusted index showed an increase of 7.6% in Q2 2024 compared to the corresponding index in Q1 2024.
