The Independent Public Revenue Authority puts the Strategic Plan for the period 2025–2029 out for consultation and invites stakeholders to actively participate in the dialogue to shape the strategy for the next day.
Specifically, the Governor of the Tax Authority, George Pitsilis, sent a letter and presentation of the Strategic Plan to representatives of the most important sectors of the economy and entrepreneurship, inviting them to submit their views and proposals on the strategic objectives until 14/10.
At the same time, the stakeholders were also asked to highlight short-term (annual) planning issues of the authority in order to be incorporated into the annual business plan for 2025, which is currently being developed.
"Staying firmly and strategically committed to the vision of an efficient and friendly organisation for citizens and businesses, we recognise that two-way communication with the community plays a key role in achieving our strategic objectives. More so today, in the ever-changing global economic environment, to which we are required to constantly adapt by integrating systems, new technologies, and predictive models for emerging risks," the AADE Governor stressed.
