The offering price of the shares issued in the context of Cenergy's capital increase of up to €200 million was set at €9. 

According to the company's announcement, based on the results of the book-building process conducted from October 8, 2024, to October 10, 2024 (the "Offer Period") in the context of the institutional offer, the offer price was set at €9.00 per new share. 

The offer price for the Belgian public offer, the Greek public offer, and the institutional offer is the same.

22,222,222 New Shares will be issued pursuant to the Offer. 

The allocation among the different categories of investors will be announced on 15 October 2024.
