Intercontinental International announced that on October 11, 2024, BriQ acquired from Ajolico, pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated October 10, 2024, 2,836,949 shares with voting rights of the company representing approximately 27.02% of the company's share capital and voting rights.

Following the above disposal and acquisition of significant shareholdings and in accordance with the disclosures of BriQ and Ajolico:

(a) According to Art. 3556/2007, BriQ is not under the control of any other person or entity because it owns two million eight hundred thirty-six thousand nine hundred forty-nine (2,836,949) issued shares of the company and an equal number of voting rights, which represent approximately 27.02% of the share capital and voting rights of the company;

(b) Ajolico holds five million four hundred thirty-five thousand eighty (5,435,080) shares of the company's issued share capital and the same number of voting rights, representing approximately 51.76% of the company's share capital and voting rights, and is not controlled by any other person or entity within the meaning of Law 3535/2007.
