Nikos and Panagiotis Tsakos are preparing for the large investment of €85.45 million for the construction and operation of a luxury tourist unit in Filiatro in Ithaca. The tourist unit will include. THE XENIA HIOS

It was preceded by the tourism project in Chios for the development and operation of the "Xenia".  It was leased for 40 years to Avlum, interests of the Tsakos business group, at a rent of €30 thousand per year. The company undertook the redevelopment and conversion of the "Xenia" into a 24-room hotel with common areas, catering and leisure facilities.
