In the middle of next week, according to reports, the HRDAF is expected to sign with Lamda Marinas Investments the sub-concession of the right to construct, operate, manage, maintain, and exploit the tourist port of large vessels in Corfu.
It is recalled that Lamda Marinas Investments emerged as the preferred investor in the Fund's tender, and the price for the sub-concession for 40 years amounted to €89 million, while the investments to be implemented for the development of the facilities are estimated at over €50 million. Part of the price will be paid in a lump sum at the start of the sub-concession, while the remainder will be a percentage of the sub-concessionaire's turnover and will be paid annually.
