The Minister of National Economy and Finance, Konstantinos Hatzidakis, submitted the 2025 State Budget to the Plenary Session.

Mr. Hatzidakis, submitting the State Budget in electronic form (stick), said that "today is a very important day for us, the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, and I believe for the Greek Parliament. It is a special honour for the responsible Deputy Minister Thanos Petralias and myself to submit to the House the State Budget for the year 2025 and its explanatory report."

Along with the Budget, the Minister also submitted the Report on Tax Expenditure, the Reports of the Directors General of the General Accounting Office of the State (Taxes, Customs, Excise Taxes, Public Property, and Public Utilities of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance), the Annual Report of the Audit of the General Directorate of Financial Control of the General Accounting Office of the State, as well as the relevant Statements of No. 58 of Law 44270/2014.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Konstantinos Tasoulas, has set the discussion of the State Budget 2025 in four sessions in the Committee on Economic Affairs on November 25, 26, and 27, while the debate in the Plenary Session of the Budget will start on December 11 and will end on Sunday, December 15, with the vote on the Budget.
