
The international chain of luxury hotel units "Emblems Collection" of Accor Group has been chosen by LAMPSA for the management of the resort "Elatos Resort" in Parnassos.
The strategic cooperation agreement will place "Elatos Resort"—the" only Emblems Collection hotel in Greece and one of the first in the world—under the umbrella of one of the most unique and sophisticated international brands of the Accor Group.
The investment of more than 30 million euros for the radical modernization and upgrading of "Elatos Resort" is being implemented at a rapid pace, aiming to create a high-quality mountain resort of 12-month operation with wellness as a central concept and to make it a reference point in both the Greek and international wellness and leisure markets.
The luxury resort, developed within an area of 190 acres, will include high-aesthetic chalets and rooms as well as a state-of-the-art spa, which is designed with absolute attention to detail, to offer unique wellness and relaxation experiences to guests. The natural beauty and magnificent location of Parnassus is combined with innovation and luxury, creating a unique destination on a global scale.

Through this strategic partnership, our goal is for "Elatos Resort" to emerge as a resort of international renown in order to offer unforgettable experiences of the highest level to its guests while promoting winter tourism in our country," said Chloe Laskaridi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LAMPSA S.A., a Greek hotel company.
The contract has a 25-year term and includes a base management fee on revenue and a target achievement fee.
