
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts will further expand in the tourist market of Piraeus from 2026, as it has signed a cooperation agreement with the construction company Zafido Holding for the creation of the TRYP by Wyndham Piraeus Port hotel.
The new hotel, which is being developed by owner Zafido Holding Ltd., is scheduled to open in September 2026 in a building complex at 83 Kolokotroni Street and Sotiris Dios Street. With a capacity of 65 rooms, the new hotel unit of Piraeus will have, among others, a restaurant-bar and a fitness center.
