DIMAND S.A. (the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3, par. 1 exhibit 16 (bb) and article 21), Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council on market abuse, and the Athens Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investors that, via its wholly owned subsidiary HUB 204 S.M.S.A., proceeded on 13.11.2023 to the signing of a contract, following a public tender, for the sale of a property to the Judicial Buildings Financing Fund of the Ministry of Justice, for a consideration of € 80.9 million.
The property is located on Haidariou, Fokionos and Papastratou Str, in Agios Dionysios (Municipality of Piraeus), has an area of 12,350.14 sq.m., on which the new Piraeus Courthouse is to be built with a total area of approx. 36,000 sq.m. The complex is to be certified according to the international LEED (Gold) standard and is expected to be completed and handed over in 24 months, with the €80.9 million consideration to be paid in instalments according to the project progress.
At the same time and in the context of the development, the creation of a Green Park for public use is envisaged, on an adjacent property of the Piraeus Courthouse.
The size of the transaction is significant and is expected to have a positive impact on the Company's financial results.
