The sale contract of a property to the Fund for the Financing of Judicial Buildings (TACHDIK) of the Ministry of Justice was signed for a consideration of €80.9 million on 13.11.2023. This was done through its wholly-owned subsidiary, HUB 204 S.A., following a relevant public competitive tender by DIMAND S.A.
