Stabilizing trends prevailed in the first session of the week at the Athens Stock Exchange.
As investors liquidated part of their gains, the Athens Stock Exchange closed with a slight decline.
Specifically, the General Index stopped at 1,275.34 points, recording a decrease of 0.37%.
The banking index led the decline with -1.1% at 1,056.94 points, the FTSE high-cap closed with losses of 0.67% at 3,093.41 points, while on the contrary, the FTSEM mid-cap made a jump of 0.98%, closing at 2,155.3 points.
The large-cap index fell 0.67%, and the mid-cap index strengthened by 0.08%. The Banks Index marked a decline of 1.10%.
The trading turnover was limited to 82,275,610 euros, with the volume standing at 21,084,076 shares.
In total, 50 stocks moved upward, 56 declined, and 1 remained unchanged.
