Sarantis announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, which took place yesterday, 20.12.2023, elected a new ten-member Board of Directors and appointed 4 members thereof as Non-Executive Independent.
Immediately after the conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Board of Directors was constituted as follows:
1. Grigorios Sarantis - Chairman, Executive Director
2. Konstantinos Rozakeas - Vice Chairman, Non-Executive Director
3. Kyriakos Sarantis - CEO, Executive Director
4. Ioannis Bouras - Deputy CEO, Executive Director
5. Christos Varsos - Group CFO, Executive Director
6. Evangelos Siarlis - Group CHRO, Executive Director
7. Michalis Imellos - Independent Non-Executive Director
8. Marianna Politopoulou - Independent Non-Executive Director
9. Angeliki Samara - Independent Non-Executive Director
10. Eirini Nikiforaki - Independent Non-Executive Director
