In a statement on Wednesday morning, the companies announced that they have jointly agreed not to proceed with the acquisition of 100% of Axel Accessories shares by Intrafashion.

"The Boards of Directors of Intrafashion Group and Axel Accessories announce their joint decision not to complete the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the latter by the former, as it was, in principle, pre-agreed since last July 2024," it said.

The Intrafashion ABEE group, with the recognized brand "Pink Woman," is a fast-growing Fast Fashion Women's Retailer in the Greek market, while Axel is a leading player in the accessories sector.
