Ellaktor is buying Reds shares through the stock exchange, following its agreement to acquire 38.79% of the company for €60.1 million.

The company plans to acquire 95% of Reds' shares and to proceed with a voluntary delisting process.

In detail, as reported: "the company, under the name "ELLAKTOR S.A." and the distinctive title "ELLAKTOR S.A.", informs the investing public of the following: following the Company's announcement of April 19, 2024, regarding the decision of its Board of Directors to purchase additional shares of the issuer REDS AE, through the stock exchange, ELLAKTOR acquired on April 19, 2024, 237,936 shares and corresponding voting rights of REDS AE, at a purchase price of €2.70 per share.".
