One of the four daughters of shipping magnate George Prokopiou sets sail for the shipping industry and acquires an LR1 tanker that appears in the fleet of Akrotiri Tankers, the name of the new shipping company owned by the Greek shipowner's daughter, under its new name, Bam Bam. 

The newly established shipping company applied to the authorities for registration at the end of June and received the relevant licence in July, according to documents from the Ministry of Shipping. The management includes Konstantinos Haritonidis, a former director at the tanker management office of Greek TMS Tankers, owned by George Economou.
