The market value of Orilina's assets amounted to €194 million, compared to €183 million on December 31, 2023.
Despite the divestment, in the first half of the current year, of a non-strategic apartment in Thessaloniki, the assessed value of the properties increased to €159 million, compared to €148 million at the beginning of the year.
The revaluation of the fair value in the first half of 2024, amounting to €11 million, is the result of the maturity of the group's two projects in Agios Kosmas Hellenic Marina and the progress of the development activities on them. With the development of these projects, the group is gradually strengthening its position in the ultra-luxury residential and leisure property markets, with the aim of creating goodwill for shareholders while maintaining low financial leverage.
