The companies AVAX and Metlen Energy & Metals made announcements denying press reports in response to a relevant question from the Capital Market Commission.

The management of METLEN Energy & Metals, expressing respect to the shareholders and the wider investment community, emphasizes that recent publications, which talk about a possible merger of Metlen and AVAX groups in the construction sector, do not correspond to reality and are completely unfounded.

Earlier, the AVAX Group also made a statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission in response to the same publications in the printed and electronic press concerning discussions on cooperation with another group.

According to the statement, the information contained in today's publications in the print and electronic press regarding the holding of shareholding discussions with another business group does not correspond to reality.
