Mild losses were recorded on the Athens Stock Exchange, with the General Index struggling to break through the 1,300 point threshold.

The General Index records losses of 0.26% at 1,287.43 points, with the turnover at 30.99 million euros.  

High-capitalization index experiences a 0.21% decline, closing at 3,114.26 points.

Banking stocks react with the banking index recovering by 0.44% to 1,062.90 points.

Eurobank declines by 0.16% to €1.6060, Alpha Bank rises by 0.23% to €1.5410, Piraeus Bank losses of 0.87% at €3.20, and NBG records an increase of 0.16% reaching €6.3020.

The biggest gainers include AVAX (+3.45%), Intrakat (+2.01%), followed by GEK TERNA (+1.23%), ADMIE (+0.46%), EYDAP (+0.51%), OTE (+0.62%), and ELPE (+0.42%).

Dimand -3.67%, Motor Oil -2.63%, Ellaktor -1.65%, Intracom -1.29%, Lamda -1.31%, Intralot -0.20%, Terna Energy -0.71%, and DEI -0.18%.
